October is the perfect time to warm up with fall treats, and what better way to accompany the season than with cinnamon rolls? Here is the original and delicious version of these little cinnamon rolls, perfect to surprise and delight your guests! 😍


Ingredients for Cinnamon Rolls


For the dough:

- 500 g of flour

- 2 sachets of yeast (briochin)

- 50 g of sugar

- 100 g melted butter

- 25 ml of lukewarm milk

- 1 egg

- A pinch of salt


For the filling:

- 100 g melted butter

- 120 g of brown sugar

- 3 tbsp ground cinnamon

- Optional: dark chocolate chips for added indulgence


For the icing :

- 100 g cream cheese (Philadelphia type)

- 50 g of soft butter

- 150 g of icing sugar

Preparation of Cinnamon Rolls


  1. Preparation of the dough

- In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the egg, melted butter and lukewarm milk.

- Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic. Cover it with a clean cloth and let it rise for 1 to 2 hours, until it doubles in volume.


  1. Preparation of the filling:

- In a bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon to form a sweet paste.


  1. Assembling the cinnamon rolls:

- Once the dough has risen, roll it out into a large rectangle about 1 cm thick.

- Brush the dough generously with the mixture of butter, sugar and cinnamon. If you wish, add a few dark chocolate chips for a delicious surprise.

- Roll the dough into a long sausage shape. Then cut slices about 3 cm thick and place them in a buttered dish.

- Cover again and let rise for 30 minutes.


  1. Cooking :

- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake the cinnamon rolls for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown.

Preparing the icing


Mix the cream cheese and softened butter until creamy. Gradually add the icing sugar to obtain a smooth icing.


Presentation in Björn tableware


To enhance your cinnamon rolls, arrange them on a white or gray Björn plate or dish to bring out the icings and textures.
