The complete set includes all the dishes pieces of the collection for daily use. The assortment consists of 6 large and 6 small plates, 6 large and 6 small bowls as well as 6 mugs/cups for a complete table setting for 6 people.
After a first firing of the clay at low temperature, reactive enamels are applied to the stoneware and give it the shiny appearance and the color gradation. The ceramic pieces are immersed in water when they come out of the kiln, which generates a thermal shock and gives birth to the expected crackled effect.
The MAGMA collection draws its inspiration from the volcanic crater of Mount Fuji, Japan. In its MINT version, the venous network draws the craters and testifies to the thermal depression resulting from the firing technique, just as the magma forms after the volcano melts.
